Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM; it is also referred to as “you”.
PLACING ORDERS
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM.
The prices of products, services and delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of issue, however, Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, and error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website.
Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders already placed which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.
ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM uses Australia Post and GO Logisitics (Sydney only) as its primary carriers and freight charges are as follows:
– $12 freight charge on up to 6 bottles.
– $17 freight charge on up to 12 bottles.
– FREE freight charge on up to 18 -24 bottles.
For freight above 24 bottles, please contact us
Australia Post operates all over Australia and your packages will be delivered using local Contractors. If your package has not been delivered within a reasonable time (4-5 days) please contact your local Australia Post branch.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Currently we do not accept order from overseas.
PAYMENT
For on-line orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Mastercard/Amex card ONLY). The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM – until the full amount is paid.
All products listed on Spotgo.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM will make every effort to deliver on time.
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days in most cases. The method of delivery will be at the discretion of Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM.
RETURN AND REFUND
Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM does not offer refunds on products under any circumstances. In the event of a faulty trigger, please contact us on 1300 SPOTGO and a new trigger can be dispatched to you.
Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
If you would like any further information give us a call on 1300 SPOTGO. Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM does not accept unauthorized returns.
WARRANTY CLAIM
Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM offer no warranty on products sold.
Brancy Pty Ltd trading as SpotGoTM is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit.
DISCLAIMER
Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
